I noticed the impotence almost exactly when I started taking it , I also feared that it would cause this which might be why it did so, some may say as for the acne, it started showing up along my shoulders and neck about three weeks into treatment and then my forehead and face later, I used neutrogena body clear body wash and it didn't help at all, I was taking many other anti androgens as well such as GLA, green tea, saw palmetto, and everything else I could find. I currently use folligen spray, bioprotein, revivogen, proxiphen N, nano, nizoral 2%, emu oil, and recently ordered aloe vera and a grape seed extract/pine bark extract/NAC combo from community drug, I still usepropecia even though the side effects haven't gone away, I have a severe case of MPB my entire scalp is effected by it and my brother lost all his hair by age 24 ALL OF IT.
