I just got a script for propecia, have been using it for about a week and a half now; apart from some scalp itchiness, I've noticed no side effects. How far into your treatments have people experienced shedding and how have you measured the shedding (hair in sink, visible on head, etc.?). From what I've learned, many people shed about 2-3 months after starting a powerful treatment, supposedly this is part of a cycle and is supposed to be a sign that the product is doing its job. Can I get a show of hands of who has a negative response and who has a positive response to Propecia? (please give examples if you don't mind)
P.S. Has anyone found Prop. for less than $45 a month? It's kinda pricey for a cosmetic thing, may drive me to try natural treatments, especially if this shedding thing is for real.
