I just don't get it. You shed when you take it, then grow some back and shed again. What's the damn point? The whole goal i wanted to reach was keep my hair and/or grow more. Can someone please tell me that propecia actually works. I can't deal with losing a ton during a shed just to hope that that which I lost will grow back. god major stress. thanks.

April will be the start of my fourth month on propecia. Actually I'm switching to proscar.A hell of alot cheaper. I've noticed that the front of my head has gotten worse while on propecia, but I also feel that it's just a coincidence.I almost shaved my head 4 months ago because I wanted to stop thinking about my hair. It was consuming all my time. A friend told me about propecia, so I did some research on the net and decided to try it. The drug is supposed to stop/prevent/ slow hair loss. I doubt it will cause hair to fall out without replacing it. Anyways, I will continue to use FINA for a while and see what happens. I have no other choice, knowing that I'm trying to do something about my hairloss is a big relief to me. Will look into saw palmetto, keep hearing about it. Also heard that taking FINA with cranberry juice helps.
