propecia for over a year

I am 26 and have been useing propecia for nearly a year and a half, and for the most part been happy with the results, although I've not noticed any real regrowth. Recently, I have noticed shedding and of course have many concerns. My first reaction was to add saw palmetto to my daily intake. Its been over a month since I first noticed the "fall out". I've heard of this being normal side effect within the first few months, but not after 12. So, what to do. Should I ditch the propecia, and save $50 a month, or should I stick w/ it and hope I can return in a few weeks with a story of victory? If anyone has had the same experience after taking propecia for more than a year please write w/ your story.

shortly after taking propecia I noticed an increase in hair loss also, I read about the shedding period so I continued taking it for about a year. After a year of not seeing any positive results I stopped taking it and it actually seems that my hair loss has decreased a little.

6 months and still losing it...when can I see results???

I'm 20 years old and I have been taking propecia for 6 months and all I have seen is shedding, shedding, shedding!!! My question is for those who have had propecia work; did you have the same experience as me and when did it start growing back? Thank you.
